Our Project Management services extend through various project phases:


Phase 1: Supplier Selection

  • establishment or review of specifications;
  • review and analysis of bidder's proposals;
  • issuing recommendations the Client

Phase 2: Integrated System Design

  • design management and reviews
  • coordination of E&M sub-suppliers and civil workss
  • integration of overall design for all systems and suppliers, avoid stand-alone solutions
  • ensure specification compliance
  • our international team provides the international basis required for these tasks.
  • CCE supports the Client to ensure that the project is realised as "one integrated railway" and NOT only as a sum of separate sub-systems

Phase 3: Site Implementation

  • we manage the installation progress,
  • we coordinate E&M site works with civil works;
  • we coordinate installation works with train operations under considering “safe working conditions” according to pertaining laws and operational regulations;
  • we manage subsystems' integration, commissioning and trial running within the E&M group.

Phase 4: Service after Acceptance

  • Unified first level service / trouble shooting / warranty management for the E&M subsystems.
